What does priority email support provide??
Standard email support is included on the Start and Team plans, with responses within 2 days. Priority email support, included on Pro and Business plans, guarantees a response within 1 day, so larger teams get faster help when it matters.
Is there a free plan?
Drawli doesn't currently offer a free plan, but every paid plan includes a 14 day free trial, so you can try the full platform before committing. This lets you test it properly on a real project before deciding what fits your team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers, so your information stays safe and protected.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Drawli subscription at any time, no long-term contracts or lock-ins. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your documents stay safely stored so you can pick up again if needed.
